Yes, not moving, in F 110, while running an air cooled Savage is bad on the engine, for sure. The Harley Buell is air cooled, but has a temperature operated cooling fan. BTW: lawn mower engines have fans. A water cooled engine with a fan, would be preferred.
As the emission standards get stricter, there will come a time that air cooled motorcycles will not be able to pass and will die off as did the VW air cooled Bug.
